FREE high school sports physicals on May 3, 2025 from 9:00 AM until noon!  

The 2025 Heart of a Champion (HOC) Day registration is now open. Please only sign up for one time slot. HOC West will be Saturday, May 3, 2025, at West Park Orthopedics/YMCA Express from 9:00 AM until noon. This event is for rising 9th-12th grades and if athletes meet all passing requirements, this event meets their NCHSAA physical eligibility for the 2025/2026 athletic year. This event is Free and athletes can receive an ECG and have it read onsite by a Pediatric Cardiologist.
