Dragonfly Registration Instructional Video

Wilkes County Schools has transitioned to DragonFly Max for athletic participation forms. Family ID will no longer be used. Please follow the instructions carefully to set up your account with DragonFly and complete the registration process for 2025-2026.

1. VisitDragonFly Max and click the “Log in/Sign up” button.
2. Click “Sign up for Free” then follow the prompts to create your Parent account with your own personal email address. Note: Do not create an account with your child’s name or contact information - you will get the chance to add your child later!
3. Verify your account with the verification ID sent to your personal email address.
4. Click “Connect to your School” to select “Parent” as your role and search for your child’s school.
5. Select “North Carolina” as the state
6. Type “Central Wilkes” in the search bar and select Central Wilkes Middle School.
7. After selecting your child’s school, click “Join” to request access. An administrator at your school will approve your request as soon as possible.
8. Note: You may still begin to fill out required documentation on DragonFly Max prior to approval from Central Wilkes Middle School.
   1. Click “Set up your children” and follow the prompts to add your kid(s) and fill out their participation forms.
   2. Note: When filling out the NCHSAA PPE Health History Form (2025 Version), the NCHSAA - PPE - Physical Examination Form and the NCHSAA - PPE - Medical Eligibility Form, it is necessary to upload a copy of your child’s sports physical for each of these forms. Please do not select the “fill out electronically” option.
