Wilkes Central High School is organizing a free cooking class for students and their families aimed at developing meal prepping skills on March 26th from 6:30-8:00pm in the Math and Science building. The night will consist of two sessions: a kids class where we will teach students measuring and basic cooking skills, as well as a workshop for their parent(s)/guardians(s) to prepare healthy and affordable meals for their families. Kids club participants will receive an apron and kitchen swag. Adults can learn how to elevate dishes with spices and different substitutions that inspire food innovation and tasty meals. Space and funding is limited to 20 kids, so sign up today!
