On May 6th, 2024, MESH will be at CWMS offering Sports Physicals for all grades and Tdap/MCV Vaccines for rising 7th grade students in need of them.  Sports Physicals are $20.Any parent who wishes for their student to get a sports physical or Tdap/MCV Vaccine needs to contact our school nurse, Ms. Crystal Eller, at [email protected] for the required paperwork/directions.
