Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is hosting Heart of a Champion Day on May 18th. Heart of a Champion Day is an annual, free, sports-specific health screening for student-athletes entering grades 9 through 12. At this event, student-athletes will receive a free sport(s) physical, including a heart screen. This heart screening increases the chance of detecting a heart problem that could affect the ability to safely participate in sports.
